Terms & Conditions 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment can be made via Internet Banking direct to Bank Account: 12-3212-0003477-00.  
Please quote your invoice no. as a reference so your payment is able to be matched to your account.

Payment of invoices are required to be made by due date in order to prevent escalation to a Debt Collection Company for recovery, where you will also be required to pay Collection costs in addition to the amount of our invoice.

GYRO BTS / FS BTS (TEMPORARY BOX):
TO BOOK YOUR PERMANENT POWER CONNECTION, PHONE 0800 WE INSPECT OR 828 1993

 Any lost / damaged equipment, or site visits made by Electra-Safe where fault / damage to Gyro BTS / FS BTS unit has occurred due to misuse onsite, will be on charged to the customer.

Should there be a fault with the FS BTS / Gyro Unit, you experience no power, or the Temporary Power Box Unit has incurred damage whilst on your site, please contact our office in the first instance and we will arrange for our Technician to attend to check the Temporary Power Box for you.

 

For Safety Reasons, it is imperative that the Temporary Power Box remains in the original condition that it was installed and certified for use on site.  No parts are to be added to or removed from the Unit.
No credits or refunds for partial months. Collection costs for Technician to remove Gyro BTS / FS BTS Unit from site 
incorporated into fee structure.

 

 

REBOOKING OF TURNDOWNS:
Please contact our office on 828 1993 / 0800 WE INSPECT when all remedial work has been completed to rebook our Inspector to complete a reinspection/recheck of remedial work.  Please note that charges apply for additional site visits and can be quoted when job is rebooked.

 

 

ELECTRICAL WARRANT OF FITNESS: 
Please be advised that damaged / lost EWOF stickers cannot be reissued as the serial no. on the sticker corresponds to that on the certificate.  In these cases a new inspection will be required.

 

 

DOCUMENTATION:
Please ensure you keep the copy of any documentation issued onsite by our Inspector for at least 7 years, as any requests for re-issues will incur a document reissue fee, which will need to be paid before a copy of the document is released.

 

 

MILEAGE:
Mileage charge is applicable for jobs in the Greater Auckland area and is calculated from our boundary point to the site, and return. Accurate mileage charges can be advised at point of booking.
