Service Description

Scope of Supply • Liaison and co-ordination with the customers for installation date and time. • Pre-installation online assessments • Travel to and from customer sites • On-site assessment of household electrical systems for safety, suitability, and installation methodology • HSE site assessments • Liaise with customers for optimum positioning of the WallBox units for individual charging requirements relative to the vehicle charging port • Supply all tools and equipment to complete the installations • Supply of materials and equipment required for an in-garage installations • Installation of Wallbox Pulsar Max or Wallbox Commander 2 units • Installation of Power Boost Modules • Installation of RCBOs • Testing and commissioning of completed installation • Installation and setup of WallBox App onto the customers phone or device • Training and instruction on the WallBox charger unit and Wallbox App with the customer • A copy of the quick start guide will be provided to the customers after installation • Discuss follow-up Gold or Silver service package options with customer • Answering customer questions • Sign off installation with the customers Standard installation • Distribution board located in garage • This quotation is for single phase installation only • Unimpeded access to garage, distribution board and installation location at ground level • Wallbox Pulsar Max or Wallbox Commander 2 unit is supplied and delivered to site by the installer • Off-street carpark available for technician vehicle • Wallbox charger installed less than 5m from distribution board • Standard RCBO type A installed • Wallbox charger installed with standard 5m long type 2 charging cable • Customer’s and his mobile device are available for the installation technician to install Wallbox app and instruction • Customer is available for training and instruction • Following our technical and safety assessment, should any remedial work be required to upgrade the distribution board or electrical circuitry to meet standards and load requirements, this will be discussed with the customer on-site. Additional costs to upgrade will be quoted for additional time and materials with the customers approval and signature • Our installation and safety procedures will be standardised across all installations in New Zealand • Either Wi-Fi or 3G / 4G cellular data is available in the garage or where the Wallbox installation is located on the property.
